Cancellation Policy
1) All rentals will be paid in full at the time of booking online. Any extensions to time day of must be paid on the spot before continuing your session via new invoice or e-transfer to info@opticedgemedia.com. Extensions must be approved with managers to confirm availability. 2) Reschedule/cancel a reservation before 24 hours of the booking time and you will be offered a studio credit for the value of the booking, with help rescheduling to a later date. 3) Cancelled/rescheduled bookings within 24 hours of the booking time will be liable for the full value of the booking.
